1. Event Accuracy
You confirm all submitted event information (date, time, venue, style) is accurate. FloorMap is not liable for incorrect details.

2. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the event content, flyer, and any linked pages. FloorMap reserves the right to reject or remove events that violate community standards.

3. Posting Fee
A fee of €5 per event applies once the free promotional period ends. The first 2 months of posting are free. You will be notified before any fee is charged.

4. Email Communications
FloorMap may notify users who have saved your event type to their favourites. You consent to FloorMap sending promotional emails on your behalf for approved events.

5. Approval
All events are subject to admin review before going live. Submission does not guarantee publication. FloorMap may decline events without explanation.

6. No Refunds
Posting fees are non-refundable once an event has been approved and published.

7. Prohibited Events
Events promoting illegal activity, hate, discrimination or that are misleading will be permanently rejected and the promoter may be banned.

8. Data
Your name and email are stored securely and used only for FloorMap platform communications.
